Is A Pilates Instructor and Medical Massage Therapist  dedicated over two decades to helping individuals lead healthier lives through movement and recovery.

My passion for performance-based recovery drives my approach to Pilates.

Here, you'll have a supportive environment to build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance overall well-being, no matter your age or fitness level.

is a certified personal trainer and mental health professional with a background in People & Culture. She leads inclusive, intentional movement experiences rooted in strength, presence, and self-connection. Drawing from the essence of SoulBody Collective, Jenell weaves music and movement together to create supportive studio environments where people of all ages, abilities, and experience levels feel welcomed, empowered, and encouraged to move with purpose—prioritizing presence over performance.

Nastaran, PIlates

Nastaran is a highly experienced International Pilates instructor with over 21 years of professional practice. She offers both group and private sessions in English, Persian, and Azerbaijani Turkish, with a refined focus on body awareness, strength, and safe, effective movement

Dr. Tracie Harrison

Dr. Tracie Harrison is a holistic health practitioner with over 30 years of experience in nutrition and wellness. A graduate of the Queen Afua Wellness Institute, she holds a Ph.D. in Holistic Natural Health and Nutrition and multiple certifications in holistic and natural health practices. Dr. Harrison specializes in personalized wellness strategies that blend holistic principles with practical, actionable guidance, helping clients achieve lasting health improvements. She retired with honors after 30 years as a Wellness Specialist with the U.S. Coast Guard and is the best-selling author of The Joy of Healthy Living in 6 Easy Steps. Her lifelong commitment to health and wellness continues to inspire individuals to live healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Dr. Christina Taylor, Ryt, NBC-HWC

Christina Taylor, PhD, NBC-HWC, is an integrative wellness practitioner, health and grief coach, and yoga teacher who blends mindfulness, movement, and compassion in her teaching. As the founder of Embody Your Wellness (embodyyourwellness.com), Christina creates safe, inclusive spaces for children and families to explore balance, curiosity, and joy through yoga and mindful movement.
An IYK® Certified Warrior 1 Instructor, she brings trauma-informed awareness and playful energy to every class, helping kids connect with their breath, bodies, and confidence in age-appropriate ways.
